Today Nate, Gus and I loaded the bikes and went to the State Road Championships in Burlington. Only Nate was racing, not Gus and I. We were just there to support him. It was a rather large field and Nate was looking good for the first lap. But then Jordan took off and blew up the field and Nate was then rolling in no mans land and finished 4th. Good day of racing. We were also watching Sarah and Michelle race and they looked good and had awesome results to. Then I got home and did my rolling therapy and covered 50 plus in the sun and rain at times. It felt good but the shoulder is still sore since we started lifting at PT, but riding at any time is better then not riding. Now I need to read the paper and get my feet up. Later..
