Today we had Donny K. and Aaron Kacala joining us. We had to wait out a storm a little and then the sun popped out and we hit the road and trails. It was a mellow steady state ride the was perfect for a recovery for the group. I was glad to hear after starting the ride and getting into the ride that they were all happy to be out riding. We rode to near the top of the mountain and then down some crazy single track that was the best so far on the trip. It was awesome to see and ride with Donny and have Aaron here the last 2 days. It is going to nice to have Aaron back next Tuesday and Wednesday to help get the kids ready for the Nationals. I can't say thanks enough to Dave for the house to stay at and Aaron for all the help. I can't wait for more riding tomorrow. Have a good night as I need rest. Later..

Awesome Jay! Appreciate all the work with the boys. Bummed I missed Fraser but can't wait to get out there this weekend!
