Wow was that a fast and furious weekend. Friday was getting things ready for the weekend as it was race and race all weekend. Saturday was the Washington Park cross race along with the Expo bash on the hill. The costumes were awesome as was the party and racing. Nate took a 2nd in the Jr race and then toed the line for the cat 4's. He was a little and settled in and rolled in about 10th. Then it was load the bike and drive to Stevens Point for the WORS banquet. When we pulled up to Wade's house he was on the roof cleaning the gutters so Nate and I jumped in and helped him and then it was settle down for a few minutes before the banquet. As always it was a nice night talking and hanging with everyone one last time. Then it was get some sleep before heading down to Madison for the cross race there. Nate was a little under the weather do he only raced the Jr race. He got the hole shot and put a little time on everyone each lap to take the win. We then got in the car and got home do do a few chores like wash the cars and truck, rake the leaves and clean before going to the Rodgers annual Halloween Party. Again it was a blast and Jess brought home a ton of candy.
Man was it nice to get back to work today to relax again. But today I had a full plate to as I had to go to the Dr to get the 2nd shot for the shoulder and that leaves 1 more. They seem to help as the shoulder has been feeling a ton better since I started getting the shots. Yeah. I also got the call from the eye Dr who said that the blood work came back and everything is good so that is good news. But he wants to see me in 6 months and right away if the eyes act up again. The good thing is that the eyes have been good and that is a good thing. But other then that it is the normal here, run, run, run.... Later..
