Nate, rode very effectively while on the bike on Sunday, he asked to pass slower rider really well, just eggressive enough. When he was off the bike though, he lost a lot of time. He needs to be more aggressive when he's off the bike and needs to be quicker getting back on and rolling. This could be costing him spots at times.
