Well another week has flown by and as always it was as busy as hell. I had a busy last few days at work testing a ton of scales and then getting home to work out and run here and there with the kids. It has been work, ride, lift weights, run to parent teacher conferences, dentist appointments, bmx gate practice, get a new phone for Nate as he dropped his and hopefully tomorrow get to Rays for some riding. It does look like the weather is going to be crappy on Saturday so it will be ride the rollers and then head to Rays in the afternoon. If for some reason it doesn't snow Nate and I will do a nice long road ride and then head to Rays in the afternoon on Saturday. Then as always it will be bmx racing on Sunday. We are hoping for a nice outside ride as next weekend it is the first road race of the year in Kenosha so a ride outside would be nice. But now I need to get a few things done around here as all the running has me a little behind on the home front items. Later..
