With the temperature dropping into the negative side again Nate and I are lucky. We have the little bikes to ride and race. It is a nice way to break up the time on the trainer and not have to do a sprint workout. With the 2 to 3 days a week on the
bmx bike it allows us to do 2 to 3 days on the trainer doing some tempo and pyramid workouts. Have fun doing what ever you need to do to get those rides in. Later..
