Fell down the stairs and tore open the skin graft on the heel, F'n great...The Beat Downs have ended for the year as the light is gone and we are gone at the Fat Tire 40. It was a nice group that keep a even pace that was faster then the nights that the group is big and fast. Go figure? Then after the ride we hit the Bosch for a dinner and catch some football. Then after getting home I was getting some laundry done and fell done the stairs and tore a nice chunk of skin off the skin grafted heel. Great now that will take like 3 months to heal up and with my luck in the past a infection may jump in. Hope that doesn't happen as that always sets me back big. Oh well time to take care of the wound. Later..
