At the cabin in Rhinelander with the parents for the night.I got home from testing taxi's again for the day. I had a few real nice ones today. As always as the week goes on so does the odors in the cabs. They begin to smell like ass and BO. One driver was dropping ass and it was not cool, he was just sitting there with that look like is there something wrong? I was thinking what a pig. Then the others are just getting that week of sitting in the cab for 14 hours a day smell. Glad I get a 4 day break from that. Still have 1 more week of it and then back to the airport for testing the de-icers. That is always fun and I really do enjoy that part of the job.
I took 2 hours off to get some things done before Bob came to pick up Nate and I. Like always we had a lot of traffic in the city and once out a few miles it was clear sailing. Made it to the cabin and now we are relaxing eating some popcorn and getting ready for the 1 1/2 hour drive to Cable in the morning. Nice break from the long drive to stay at the cabin with Mom and Dad. Just leaves about 110 miles to go to get to Cable. We should get there around 11 to check in and get a nice ride in before the registration festival. See you at the race. Later..
